Memory Mic is a video guestbook for weddings and events. Guests pick up the microphone and record a message on camera, and you receive every one as a video. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, we serve all of Ontario with travel included.
Service area
Our core service area is the GTA: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Oshawa, Pickering, and everywhere between. We also travel to Hamilton, Niagara, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie, Muskoka, Kingston and Ottawa. Anywhere in Ontario, there is no travel surcharge.

Video, not audio
The name and the microphone lead some people to expect an audio guestbook, where guests speak into a vintage phone and you receive a sound file. Memory Mic is different. Guests are filmed as they speak into the mic, and you receive video: their face and their voice. The microphone ensures the video sounds as good as it looks.
Questions about Ontario & the GTA
- Do you travel anywhere in Ontario for the same price?
- Yes. Travel is included in the per-event price anywhere in the province. For venues several hours from the GTA we may request an earlier setup window, but the price does not change.
- Is Memory Mic an audio guestbook?
- No. It is a video guestbook. Guests are recorded on camera as they speak into the booth's microphone, and every message is delivered as a video.
- How far ahead should we book?
- Peak-season Saturdays from May to October book first, often six months or more ahead. Off-season and weekday dates are usually available closer in. Enquire with your date and we will confirm within 24 hours.
